The most expensive home sale for the week of April 30 was $1,115,000 for a new house in the exclusive Grand Prairie neighborhood.
The five-bedroom, seven-bath, 5,200-square-foot house was built by Pride Built Homes. It features a core floor shop area and an indoor sport court.
