A new boutique is opening on West 41st Street.

Loyda Chavez is opening Fashion Boutique in the Gilrich retail center at 1014 W. 41st St.

She previously owned cleaning company Perfect Clean.

Her husband, Freddy, owns Freddy’s Drywall & Paint and is helping her with build-out and promotions.

The boutique will carry clothing, shoes and accessories for women and children, he said.

“The styles that she has are more from California, Miami and New York,” he said.

The plan is to open by the end of the month.
