What’s your favorite thing about your job?

Getting to connect and build relationships with new people around South Dakota and Minnesota.

How did you get connected to your industry?

I have family that work in the industry, so when I decided it was time for change, they recommended I look into telecommunications. Because this is such a fast-paced and growing industry, I knew it would be a great fit.

Innovative. Reputable. Collaborative.

What is something someone might be surprised to learn about you?

My husband and I share the same birthday, down to the same year!

What do you enjoy doing in Sioux Falls?

Sioux Falls has so many great things to offer, so it’s hard to narrow it down. I enjoy going to concerts at the Denny, attending First Fridays during the summer months, shopping downtown and eating at some of the best restaurants around town. As a family, we love the Washington Pavilion, Falls Park and the bike trails.

What’s your favorite way to give back to your community?

I volunteer for Junior Achievement, and it’s so fun to get into the classrooms and interact with the students each year. We teach them about business-related topics and other real-world skills they will use in the future.

What’s one business you’d like to see in Sioux Falls that isn’t here now?

Alamo Drafthouse for sure! If you haven’t been, it’s a movie theater that’s known for serving dinner and drinks during the movie while you relax in a reclining chair. They have some of the best food too!

If you had $1 million to start a business, what kind of business would it be?

Retail and fashion.
