HUD leader to speak in Sioux Falls

Bryan Greene, general deputy assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development will speak Wednesday, Oct. 18, in Sioux Falls.

The event is organized by the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association and will be at the Ramkota Hotel, 3200 W. Maple St., with a 5:30 p.m. social and 6 p.m. dinner.
Greene will provide an update on the federal budget, federal limitations on lending and banking in multifamily, as well as the Fair Housing Act. He also will discuss housing opportunities and service/companion animals.
