The most expensive home sale for the week of July 16 was $825,000 for a five-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home on the south side of Sioux Falls.

The 5,700-square-foot house has full wet bars on the upper and lower levels. Other features include a theater room, wine cellar and screened-in porch.
