The most expensive home sale for the week of July 17 was $949,000 for a five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in Prairie Hills West in southern Sioux Falls.
The house features a theater and full bar on the lower level. It has a five-stall garage and a covered deck overlooking a large backyard.
