The Howard Group of Baird is sponsoring an event Tuesday, June 6, to celebrate moms.

The gathering will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Landscape Garden Center, 7201 S. Minnesota Ave. Participants can create a fairy garden. A pot, soil and starter plant will be provided, and extra decorations can be purchased.

Deena Perry of Pampered Chef will highlight products and offer mealtime solutions, and Purses 2 Go will have items for sale.

Mary Howard and Megan Howard of The Howard Group focus their work on helping women become more engaged in their financial affairs. They host monthly workshops, semiannual couples seminars and quarterly events like the Celebrating Moms gathering.
