The Iowa boutique Rooted will hold a pop-up shop Wednesday, May 3, in the new First Bank & Trust branch at Dawley Farm Village.

Rooted is a contemporary women’s store that carries brands unique to the area, including ZSupply, LaMade, BB Dakota, Jack, Gentle Farm and Lovestitch, as well as jewelry and other accessories.

It will be in the bank from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Appetizers and drinks will be served.

Rooted is a boutique based in northwest Iowa.

“First Bank & Trust has a great space available within a thriving retail community in Sioux Falls. By opening up this space to unique events such as this, it gives us the opportunity to bring more exposure and awareness to our new location at Dawley Farm Village,” said Sadie Bell, vice president and retail manager. “We want patrons to be exposed to our nontraditional space while having some fun.”

The bank opened in a building with Coffea Roasterie earlier this year.

Other events during the bank’s celebratory grand-opening week include the Young Professionals Morning Buzz networking event Wednesday morning and a stop from Taqueria Sanchez food truck on Friday. The truck will be in the bank’s parking lot from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. There will be live music inside Coffea from Andrew Reinartz and Joel Schotwell from noon to 1:30 p.m.
