Eleven downtown properties will be on display for interested visitors during a downtown loft tour Saturday, May 13.

Tickets are $5 and are available the day of the tour inside Shriver Square, 230 S. Phillips Ave. Kids age 12 and younger are free.

Registration and ticket sales start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. The tour runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s hosted by Downtown Sioux Falls Inc.

New this year, visitors can stop at the American State Bank booth when they’re buying tickets for the tour and register to win a smart-home system, including a Nest thermostat and Amazon Echo.

Visitors also can see the newly installed SculptureWalk 2017 along several streets downtown and stop by the annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, which runs from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Falls Park.
