JOB SUMMARY

The enterprise director of talent acquisition is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruiting operations for the entire organization. This includes the execution of sourcing and recruiting strategies, attracting and recruiting talent for specific organizational needs and the delivery of a seamless recruitment experience for hiring managers, employees and candidates. Will also ensure that recruiting operations are being performed within identified legal and regulatory requirements. Will provide key input into the ongoing development and maintenance of talent management strategies based on their understanding of the business and talent markets. Partner with COE team to implement integrated recruitment products, processes, policies and services. Provide guidance and recruitment expertise to business unit leaders, hiring managers and HR leaders ensuring efficient execution of processes across the organization. Collaborate in the creation and management of recruitment budgets and resource allocations. Manage staffing levels required to meet open position demand. Consult with COE on recruiting trends, needs, pipeline assessments and potential talent pools. Partner with COE, hiring manager, recruiting operations to resolve complex recruitment issues. Review, recommend, negotiate contracts with and manage services provided by recruiting vendors including search agencies, print and internet media, trade recruiting, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related discipline. Five to seven years of experience in change management, organizational design, employee engagement or related field. Experience in health care or insurance industry preferred. Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, organization development, industrial/organizational psychology or related field preferred. Proven supervisory experience. Proven experience in developing and evolving change management, organization design or employee engagement programs. Experience in survey methodology and creating assessments. Proven experience in deploying organizational-wide survey process. Proven experience in project management. Experience in the development and implementation of organization effectiveness initiatives.
