Click Rain is looking for an account and business development manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for our new business leads, as well as existing clients. The successful candidate will represent Click Rain with polish and excellence to potential clients and have the ability to develop new and ongoing relationships with business influencers. Qualities

  • Five-plus years of experience in digital marketing, including a comprehensive understanding of marketing technology tactics and strategies.
  • Must be driven to build relationships, provide value and actively contribute to company culture.
  • Excellent communication, relationship and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly and professional; knowing what’s appropriate with each relationship.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify efficiency opportunities and address them with little direction.
  • Strong knowledge within the Google suite of products.
  • Comfortable with numbers, accounting and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong personal and professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Own new business leads as they come in the door, assisting with selling and relationship building.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for clients in collaboration with discipline leads.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of client industry and business objectives.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts — all while keeping profitable — as well as guide our business development process through current workflow.
  • Use data and insights to steer account direction and strategy.
  • Represent the Click Rain brand throughout our local community — boards, speaking gigs, ribbon-cuttings, etc.
  • Generate sales projections and reports to help guide business decisions by executive leadership.
  • Indirectly spread industry knowledge and experience to junior team members.
